Myspace music player?

ok, I'm not a youngster and I'm not a computer nerd... but I did make a myspace for my art, and I'd really love to learn how to add a music player and I'd love to know how to find a free one. Also instructions on how to install it, etc... This granny would be appreciative... thanks a million for considering helping out an old lady :)
