After 8yrs ceramic tiles started cracking and subsided after 2 years on top of plywood.13 of 150.?

i replaced a couple but seemed to crack again using adhesive glue. original adhesive is thinset. cement board was not available in "99. wondering if the other ones will continue to crack & should replace entire floor with porcelain. these are 13" X 13" tiles.
