Why does the left blame Bush for their mistakes?

ya, the dem's have been in control of congress for what, the past 3 yrs now? the pres always takes the heat for whatever happens no matter which party is in power. i thank God everyday that bush was the pres on 9/11 instead of that buffoon kerry.
