Shud i be happy bout this?

ok well i like this kid and he asked me to dance at the next dance.. i wuz so happy and i said yes. his frend wuz on aim.. hes my frend to. so i wuz just tlken. nd he said he wuz gonna see the guy im gonna dance wit at bball practice. so i said ok tell him i said hi.. and i cant wait till the dance. then his frend said jeezz hes not gonna dance wit u if u keep this up. and im like wut?? and he said ur so happy and stuff.. nd i said okk thenn... arent i sopposed to be happy?? guys r so confusing nd idk! cuz the kid im dancing wit said before another girl he danced wit he didnt like cuz she acted like she didnt care... sooo wut is going on?!? i gotta stay inbetween not to happy but not act like idc! so confusing!! plz help me.. shudnt i just be me?
