How much trouble could I get in?

Don't reprimand me. I've already gotten enough of it. So about three nights ago, we were bored at our friends house at like 1 am so my friend took my moms car w/out permission (he only has a permit) and we were on our way to WaWa, when we pulled into the school parking lot and began driving erratically. A cop spotted us, and began chasing us. My friend sped out of the parking lot and began doing 60 on some backroads. The cop was within 70 yards of us when we parked it in some random guys house and got out, locking the doors. We ditched and booked it through the woods, and made it home safely. We never got physically caught, but they ran the tags off the minivans they found and showed up at his house, telling his mom three teenage boys stole her van. He was summoned to court the very next day, and is getting charged with driving w/out a license and evading. Could I get charged also, even though he admitted it was HIS decision to attempt to evade them?>
