Pretentious Women...?

I have to say as a mother of two grown kids that I find a lot of young girls being pretty pretentious. For instance this one girl told my son she was a Christian Virgin, her dad was a pastor and it was suppose to sound good. One night our Golden Retriever went crazy and needed to go outside, my son was talking to her at the time and he asked if she would like to talk with me...She asked some questions like "Weather related" ones and I handed the phone back to my son when he got back in....The following day she wrote him a message stating she didn't think they'd work out because he was tied to his mother!!!! I couldn't get over it...she's still living with her parents so what's the difference? By the way I am a cardiac patient who shouldn't walk an overly excited dog....But why do young girls feel they have Control over the young men, they didn't pay for their College, cars, or raise them to be kind hearted gentleman.....What gives these young girls that kind of attitude?
