Is it a fashion no no for girls to wear ties?

*Secret* I love to wear ties and tutus and I'm a girl. Will I get made fun of in high school for wearing a tie? Why isn't it acceptable for girls to wear ties with a graphic tee shirt. I love dressing weird >.< but when I went to middle school wearing a tutu and tie with ribbons for mix match day, people made fun of me. *rolls eyes*
