I went to the bathroom (#2) right after taking my birth control pill. Would that effect how it works?

I just started it this month (Yasmin) and it's my first time using a pill ever, so I'm still unfamiliar with things about it. I know that when women throw up after taking their birth control, it's recommended they take another one just in case-I thought maybe using the bathroom right after would be quite similar.
