Where is this recipe?

It could be a regional thing in which case I'm SOL. But, the store chain Great American had in it's deli case redskin potato salad. It was delicious but the Great American near me was bought out by Price Chopper. Does anyone know the recipe? Or at least has anyone eaten it and could tell me the ingredients?
