Oter body experience?

i heard that some people, when they are lying down befoe they go to sleep they some times get this feeling that they float out of their body and they can actully see them selves on the bed, i personally think its bullshi t. but has it happened to anybody you no or you, if you dont understand wat the hel am saying, tel me, lol
