I have had fights throughout my friendship of 1 and half years, but she's my best friend...now she has started?

hating me, and she left me for another friend who is more caring to her.im left all alone.i caanot leave the university coz that'l ruin my whole life....im severly depressed, feel suicidal.....but i have to face them daily.i feel really unconfrtable being with them...pls help...
