I am lost please help?

Hi to all, please I need ur advice I’m 34 yrs old working in maintenance dept. in a bank I am electrical engineer with fire panels, automation in oil n gas and good experience in IT but need to be refreshed, I’m also fan of web design and 3d modeling software. Now I am lost and need someone to lead me what to do shall I go for cisco certs and it will so beneficial in the bank specially if it is related to security certs or it is late and needs time and experience ? shall I go web design and be 3d pro. modeler ? or shall I do nothing I like to study again and take certs that will supports me these days specially in the IT or 3D please I need your advise all of you if you are in my place what u will do? Please I need ur opinions and suggestions.
