Have XP key but no disk, can I get a free copy?

We need to format our HP Compaq dx2200 Micro Tower. We have the product key but no boot disk. It has Windows XP Home. Is there a way to download a legitimate copy of XP? We already have the product key so technically we shouldn't have to pay for it.
