Does it mean i am weaker than the rest if i catch a sick bug in an office?

There was a cases of epidemic in the office & i am the worst hit among the colleague coming down with a flu, headache & sore throat. i had to lie down straight for 4 days , Why ? to think i jog (10mile twice a week) & exercise so often .This is real discouraging.......
