About the 14 year rule on UK immigration?

I came to Uk in january 1991 on a six months visit visa but has remained in the country ever since. I have no employment record in my name or any doentation whatever in my name because i have been working and living illegally in the country. Any hope of me been granted indefinite leave to remain?
